Every good story needs a good setting.

Having a common setting would be a unifying factor in the many writings and poems that we create.

Does anyone wish to cooperate in creating a setting that we could use for future (or past, if you'd like) stories?

Ehh, a binary world? Two planets orbiting each other, orbiting a sun. You could divide the planets by lines of rich and poor, human and non-human, etc.

in terms of physics and location and all that i'm fine with everything, i think that working with a society that doesn't have sunrises and sunsets and seasons as we know it (singapore has seasons?) will be very interesting.

what i'm concerned about is the thematic nature of birthing a new alien world. maybe our works will be limited, or worse, be tailored to fit this extremely interesting proposal.

but then again that may be a good thing because we could then compile them. a few points of view in a set world.
